Mitchell's Plain children in Cape Town love having the Helen O'Grady's international drama programme

Here you can see Janice Duncan Brown, our wonderful teacher in action with the children of Mitchell's Plain. Classes take place at the Indoor Sports Centre which is on the corner of Merridale Street and Hazeldene Avenue in Portlands. Classes are always fun and many of the children show great dramatic skills.

The children at the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy's studio in Pinelands always have a great time. This week they showed the Principal, Duncan Rice, all the work they had been doing over the course of the term and he was amazed at their abilities and development.

Grade 3 performance of 'Lazy Lak' at Bergvliet Primary in Cape Town

Children from Bergvliet Primary had a wonderful time performing the Academy's great play 'Lazy Lak' for parents and friends. Under the direction of their enthusiastic teacher, Angela, the children showed what excellent performance skills they have developed.

Children from Bergvliet Primary School performed a rousing production of the 'The Grasshopper and the Ants'. Excellent projection and brilliant acting really showed the excellent skills they are developing with their fun-filled teacher, Angela Doidge.
