At the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy, the end of year production is the highlight of the year. Here you can see our students acting their play, 'Jetlag Tours' under the brilliant direction of their fantastic teacher, Sue Wigham. Wow! What fantastic performances and what amazing acting. We are so proud of our long tradition of building on the talents of children in Mitchell's Plain.
The Academy runs on Saturday afternoons in Mitchell's Plain at the Indoor Sports Centre. Classes are always great fun but also follow an international drama curriculum to develop children in essential communication skills.
Recently the Academy started classes at Spine Road High School and these students are busy rehearsing for their end of year Shakespeare productions.
