Kindergarten children perform on the stage for the first time! St Joseph's Marist College shows how performance develops confidence!

We were very proud of our youngest children in our Academy who had their first experience on stage and, wow, did they entrance the audience with their beautiful performance of the Teddy Bears. Their wonderful teacher, Debbie Robertson, even joined them on the stage as the big bear and they loved this addition to the play. These very young children from 3-4 years old shone on the stage, singing their song clearly and acting with loud confident voices.

The children at St Joseph's in Cape Town really respond to these international drama classes with such enthusiasm and there is a huge tradition of performance arts developing at St Joseph's from the youngest to the oldest children.

Parents absolutely loved these sweet children and we know they will go on to develop such good communication skills with this amazing programme.
