Our Edgemead classes are always great fun with Dana, their teacher. The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy has been running in the area for many years now developing children in skills of confidence-building, self-esteem and communication skills. The extensive performance arts course quickly helps children to become more adept at performance on the stage, film and television. Acting and communication go hand in hand. If you learn to act, you can communicate well - skills beneficial for the rest of our lives.
Our classes are held at the Scout Hall in Edgemead on Mondays at the following times:
Ages 5-8 years 3-4 pm
Ages 9-12 years 4-5 pm
Ages 13-18 years 5-6 pm
Children from the surrounding areas attend our drama classes from Bothasig, Panorama, Montague Gardens, Century City, Plattekloof, Montevista
