Parents always want their children to succeed at school but
how can we help children to achieve better results at school and at the same
time develop as an all-round individual. The answer is quite simple and parents
don’t often see the answer because they are purely focused on the academic
results alone and many don’t see the
need for a more holistic approach to education.
A confident, happy child is more likely to succeed than one
who finds learning new things boring. Children who are motivated and believe in

hobbies and show an interest beyond the classroom and given creative
opportunities outside the school environment are more likely to attain better academic
results and take on leadership roles in schools. Those students who immerse themselves in
activities inside and outside school develop much better socially and
academically because this fuels their interest and passion for discovering new
things.
In the same way we need to make education fun, inside and
outside of school. Children should follow pursuits which create an enquiring
mind and develop positivity.
