Botswana Principal, Priyanka Handa Ram, attends training in the Cape Town Academy with the children of Fish Hoek
The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy (Africa) based at the Cape Town Academy is pleased to welcome Priyanka Handa Ram, our new Botswana Principal, for extensive training in Cape Town.
The Academy in Cape Town has links with all the drama schools around Africa as it is one of the largest drama schools in the worlds with over 3000 children attending classes each week in the Cape Town region. This means it is the ideal training Academy for drama teachers and Principals of drama schools.
Here you can see our Fish Hoek children with our Vice-Principal, Sunette Strydom, enjoying a magnificent class which involved pantomime based on the story of Cinderella. The play was beautifully acted by the children and showed the skills of communication and performances arts developed in children by the Academy.
