Windsor High School pulls off an amazing performance of ''A Midsummer Night's Dream' at the Magnet Theatre in Cape Town

The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy in Africa believes in the importance of creating exceptional learning opportunities for the students in its youth theatre of High School programme. The latest play added to the repertoire in Africa, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' not only allows the students to understand the complexities of this wonderful comedy of William Shakespeare but was used as a teaching tool for stage direction and strong exits and entries.

The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy provides a wonderful entry into the study of Shakespeare not only for school course work but also from an acting and performance aspect. We find our students do very well in the examinations on Shakespeare because they have felt and acted the bards great works. This gives them an added advantage over their peers. As acting in a play, as Shakespeare intended is the best way to study his plays.

Well done to our wonderful teacher, Sunette, and to the students for pulling together a professional piece.
