The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy is really proud, yet again, of our wonderful Newlands Youth Theatre student, Hishaam Ryklief, who will be starring as the lead role in a film called 'The Flea'.
Hishaam has been acting in the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy for many years. He first started classes at Portia Primary and then moved to the prestigious youth theatre in Newlands, Cape Town. Many of these students act regularly in film, on television and in the theatre.
Hishaam was lucky to make his debut on stage at the Fugard Theatre with Sir Ian McKellen, one of the world's leading actors.
You will see lots more of this very talented young man on our screens in the future.
