The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy runs its international programme (established 1979) throughout Cape Town and we are proud that we are one of the largest drama schools in world. Our aim is to make drama accessible for all so our classes are affordable and within easy access throughout the city.
The aims of the Academy are to develop confidence, self-esteem, communication and acting skills. Being articulate and confident are skills that can be taught.
What is more, our Academy is proud of the traditions of furthering the acting skills of our children. We frequently have children in films, theatre, television and on the radio.
