Sunlands Primary gets the famous Helen O'Grady Drama Academy productions with a wonderful performance of 'The Curse of the Pharaohs'.

We are very pleased to be running the Helen O'Grady international drama programme at Sunlands Primary. The Academy's world renowned programme aims to develop communication and performance skills using a highly proactive programme. One element of the curriculum involves a public performance and this year the Grade 6 class at Sunlands Primary produced a fantastic play called 'The Curse of the Pharaohs' about a group of children visiting in the famous Cairo Museum where the Tutankhamun exhibition is housed.

If you have ever been to the Cairo Museum in Egypt, you'll know what an amazing place it is. It is right on Tahrir Square, and is packed with Egyptian antiquities. The Tutankhamun exhibition is at the end and is the most secure so this was the ideal setting for the play 'The Curse of the Pharaohs'.
