The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy's programme at Bergvliet Primary definitely has shown how students develop in confidence, self-esteem but most importantly their communication skills. Every single child in the whole school, nearly 800 children, perform in a production with words to say. This is quite an exceptional feat. Gone are the days when a school does one production and the majority of children just have a walk-on part. Here at Bergvliet Primary every child has a part to play and most children at the school enjoy being on the stage. This is, therefore, teaching children valuable lifeskills.
