The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy based at St Peter's Church Hall in Camps Bay is developing children and actors with confidence. The performance arts course the Academy runs in this region servicing Bantry Bay, Clifton and Sea Point as well, develop excellent communication skills. More and more research is showing that children who attend drama classes are much more likely to succeed at school and in life in general. Children who attend drama classes are much more likely to negotiate and deal with conflict areas than their peers.
The students at the Academy in Camps Bay are busy rehearsing their end of year production, with their teacher Niki Hodson, which they will perform at the Theatre in the District in Cape Town
