'The Curse of the Pharaoh' performed by Star International Grade 6 children at the Baxter Theatre

At the end of the year, students from the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy always perform in a production. This is a culmination of the work completed in the class and shows the development of the essential skills of communication, confidence and creativity. The Academy's unique programme teaches children, very quickly, to have the confidence to stand on stage and speak in front of an audience. The plays of the Academy are written so everyone has a main part to play and this is why the Academy's motto is 'Where everyone's a star!' This is about meeting the needs of each and every child. The Grade 6 performance of 'The Curse of the Pharaohs' is no exception to this and the children showed their excellent performance and communication skills on a very large stage in the Baxter Concert Hall.
