Camps Bay Drama School in full swing taught by the Principal of the Academy, Duncan Rice

Drama classes in Camps Bay were very exciting as the Principal of the Academy took the classes this week. The Academy runs classes at the St Peter's Church Hall in Camps Bay on Tuesday afternoons:

Lower Primary: Ages 5-8
Upper Primary: Ages 9-12
Youth Theatre: Ages 13-18

The Academy follows a unique curriculum to develop confidence, communication and acting skills using a curriculum that has been developed over 30 years. As the world's largest drama school, which is attached to Aardvark Casting which is now one of the most extensive Casting Agencies, the Academy ensures that its children are well placed to get the top jobs. Most recently two of the Academy's boys from the Pinelands and Newlands Studios have secured a job acting in 'Waiting for Godot' at the Fugard Theatre. What is particularly fantastic is that these two boys will be acting alongside some of the world's greatest names in theatre, including Sir Ian McKellen, Matthew Kelly and Roger Rees.
