Schools are back and the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy is really busy with programmes in Schools throughout the Western Cape. Cape Town's largest drama school with over 2500 students runs the entire drama programme at Lanner House School in Worcester.
Like many other forward thinking schools, Lanner House puts great emphasis on the all round (holistic) development of children. Children should be stimulated at school and this does not only come from sitting behind desks. We must, in our schools, create other opportunities for children to explore their skills and talents. The Academy also runs at the United Church Hall on Tuesday afternoons in Church Street (Kerk Straat) in Worcester. Those children who attend other schools are very welcome to join these classes.
