The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy ran workshops for the children of the Home Schoolers at the NG Kerk in Kuils River on Saturday. After this the Principal, Duncan Rice, gave a practical talk to the parents of these children, explaining how the programme is designed to develop confidence, self-esteem and communication skills. Duncan explained how English language skills are highly important in today's competitive world, and to have a child full conversant will give them a huge headstart in their future careers.
